ALIGNMENT

 

Proper bodily alignment can make all the difference in the world when it comes to feeling good for the right reasons.  Correct posture allows muscles to work more efficiently and minimize pain, strain, and injury.  Project Upright has a deep focus on keeping your head, shoulders, hips, knees, spine, ankles, and feet properly grounded and in the correct position.
